They are nestled in the fruit to give the acidic side a musky, woody, gourmand touch. They coat it like a love apple. A sparkling apple that becomes softer, rounder, unexpected.

Apple and pear are two friends, they frequent the same seasons, get along well, no glitch. We cannot extract the natural smell of the pear, and the molecule chosen for Hermetica allows us to get as close as possible to the fruit.
